Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 480 ml whole milk
  • 2 cups 480 ml heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon 15 ml pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mixture:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk and granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture and stir well until everything is fully combined.

Chill the Mixture:

  • For the best results, cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to ensure it's cold before churning.

Churn the Ice Cream:

  • Pour the chilled mixture into the bowl of your Cuisinart ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Churn for 20-25 minutes until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency.
